How is a 'unit' counted?
A unit is any rentable space you're actively managing in Crystal Door. Vacant units still count. Owner-occupied units you don't manage do not.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on Starter or Growth. Scale includes hands-on migration from your existing spreadsheets or software.
Do owners or tenants pay?
No — pricing is billed to the property management company. Owners and tenants get portal access at no additional charge.
Can I try it first?
